I worked with my team at Happy Cog to redesign the website for The Posse Foundation. Posse identifies extraordinary and diverse college students when they are in high school and matches them into groups of ten (a “posse”) who all go to the same college together. Each posse creates an atmosphere of teamwork, support, and accountability.
We modeled the navigation to show the many stages of the education process that Posse supports: from recruitment in high schools through supporting in school and beyond.
It was important our design system captured the vibrance of the program and tell the stories of real people who experience it.
My role on project: Designer (template mapping, wireframes, conceptual design, design system, annotations, quality assurance, style guide writing and functionality documentation, implementation support)
